The language below applies to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Statement, and the Disclaimer Notice: “Client” refers to you, the individual who accesses this website and agrees to our Company’s terms. “Company”, “We”, or “Us” refers to our organization. Lastly, using either singular or plural phrases (“Party,” “Parties,” etc.) interchanges between referring solely to the Client or ourselves interchangeably.

The terms in this document refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to provide our services to the client. This is done in the most appropriate manner possible under Dutch law with the understanding that meeting the client’s needs is our top priority. All pronouns used herein (e.g., he/she, them) are meant to be interchangeable and therefore refer to the same individual or group as needed for context.
